Use all available headlines
Google recommends using all 15 headline slots in RSAs. More headlines give Google more combinations to test, improving performance through machine learning optimization.
Include keywords in headlines
Place your primary keyword in at least one headline. This improves relevance, Quality Score, and makes your ad bold in search results when it matches the user's query.
Vary your headline content
Make each headline unique. Avoid repeating the same message. Mix in benefits, features, calls-to-action, and social proof across different headlines.
Add sitelink extensions
Sitelinks increase your ad's real estate on the SERP, improve CTR by 10-20%, and give users direct paths to important pages like pricing, contact, or specific services.
Write compelling descriptions
Use the full 90-character limit. Include a clear call-to-action, highlight unique selling points, and address the searcher's intent. Descriptions over 80 characters perform best.
